Hi all,
Have finally decided to take the plunge. Need some guidance. Am
trying to install OSX 10.3 using XPF 4.0, on my S900, which has:
Sonnet G3 333Mhz upgrade card,
ADS DUal-Link PCI USB/FW card in slot 5,
Adaptec UW SCSI card in slot 2 and
ATI Radeon 7000 Graphics card in slot 1.
The drive I am trying to install OSX is on the standard internal SCSI
bus at id 0, not the drive attached to the SCSI card.
Seems to go thru the motions, get lots of output in verbose mode,
loading of drivers and mounting drives, no error messages, last
message is "Call Kernel", the a new screen with the following text
and then no more activity:
standard timeslice quantum is 10000 us
vm_page_bootstrap: 208318 freepages
mig_table_max_displ = 68
IOKit Component version 7.0:
Wed Sep 24 15:43:30 PDT 2003; root (rcbuilder): REALEASE_PPC/iokit/RELEASE
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
GReg Giannis
