It looks like Mnenhy's Chrome Manager hasn't been mentioned much, if at all, here, then.
As anything, it may not be perfect and occasionally fail to uninstall an extension, which will then will have to be cleaned off the profile. But this is a rare case, and compared with the convenience it brings, it does deserve to be recommended.
Not with all the clutter it /always/ leaves behind. Furthermore, it often looks like it has uninstalled an extension, but it hasn't removed relevant parts in chrome.rdf.
