Windows NT 3.51 has a GUI very similar to that of Windows 3.1. But
API-wise it's very similar to Windows 95.
The Windows 95 GUI was introduced with Windows NT 4.0.
as I said, I don't know win NT, so I was only guessing.
As a matter of fact, I can't even remember how win95
works, but I do know it was there in win98.
