Calm down a bit. The migration process is designed for the average user.
Anyone who stores their profile somewhere other then the default is not
average. Above average, sure, but not average. ;)
First of all, if you start the migration wizard again, its just going to
place the data back in the default location again. Remember, its
designed for the vast number of users who use that default location, not
the small number of users such as us, who do unusual things with our
profiles.
When I was testing 2.0 nightlies, for quite a while, the wizard could
not deal with my ail/news profile at all, since I keep my data outside
the profile. I expected this, and was actually pleasantly surprised
when the finished version managed to migrate it correctly.
Still, back to your problem. You are going to have to migrate your
profile data manually. Basically, you use Profile Manager to create a
new profile, then copy your profile data to the new profile folder.

Note this:
"Copy data to the new profile
* It may be possible to create a new profile, delete the profile
folder contents, and then copy the entire contents of another profile
into the new, now-empty profile folder. However, this is not recommended
when moving from a 1.x profile to SeaMonkey 2 and should not be done if
you had problems with the other profile."
What I do in this situation, for example when I transfer profile data
from an old machine to a new machine,is to copy the entire profile
folder I am moving, and paste it into the new location. I then rename
the pasted folder to the exact name of the newly created folder.
An example. Lets say that the SM 2.0 folder on your C drive is
xxxxxxxx.default. The x's are a random string, so, lets assume
a1b2c3d4.default.
The profile folder you have created on your D drive using Profile
Manager, is called 4d3c2b1a.new.
Since the new profile is a blank profile, you can delete it. I would
rename it old4d3c2b1a.new, just in case. The rename a1b2c3d4.default to
4d3c2b1a.new.
Open SeaMonkey, and you should be seeing the new data stored in the new
location. Once you are satisfied that all is working as you wish, you
can delete the renamed folder in the new location, and the profile
folder in the old location.

Hey, Lee, if cciaffone has already let SM 2.0 put the profile where it
wanted, then manually moved it to where cciaffone wants it (somewhere on
the D:), shouldn't cciaffone just be able to use the Profile Manager to
create a new Profile and point it to where, on the D:, cciaffone moved
the profile??
I'm sure I've done this with SM 1.1.x, but will it work in the new set-up??
