Oops. I'm usually very good about that. WinXPSP3. The mention of .EXE
and DLL at least tells us it was Windows 95 or better ;-)
It is possible that you had SeaMonkey 1.1.X running with Quick Launch
enabled?
Nope. I've had that disabled for ... ever. I was never convinced it did
more good than harm.
