It may be a hardware issue - I'm running a last generation Thinkpad with a
Pentium M. Maybe it's just stretched too far.

By the way, I forgot to mention that I haven't experienced the problem when
I use the IE6-based version of Maxthon, not that I have any plans to do that
full time.
