A better question would be:
When will books on Web design
start mentioning validation to standards
(specifically the W3C Validator  http://validator.w3.org/)
and when will courses on Web design
start mention those concepts in the first class?

It's just shameful how many self-proclaimed "experts"
don't know which end it Up.
