I didn't state removing the master password that way increases security,
right?
There are those who have no fear of someone who gains local access to
the computer being able to read the passwords and instead try to prevent
the intrusion to the computer in the first place.

I'm not concerned much of a whit about local access...I'm more concerned
about hackers.
