I was quite surprised when SM updated automatically to 2.0.5! How do I prevent this? As far as I can tell, I had it set to only automatic notification, not installation.

My concern is an update will disable Lightning, my calendar, and I'd rather manage the situation myself instead of having the update appear and the calendar disappear.
