I just tried it - works for me on SM 2.0.6:
/*

 */
#urlbar[level="high"] > .autocomplete-textbox-container,
#urlbar[level="low"]  > .autocomplete-textbox-container {
  background-color: turquoise !important;
  color: blue !important;
}
