3. Remove the SM 1.1.18 version
4. Install the SM 2.0.10
5. I think that if you start the SM 2.0.10 for the first time, the
profile migration will occur.
The above approach was what I did using Mac OS 10.6.4
I initially went from SM 1.1.18 to SM 2.0.6 without any problems. (Since
upgraded to 2.0.10)
The profile is now found in Home Folder/Library/Application Support/SeaMonkey
