No need to go to any version in between, from 2.0 to 2.0.10 we only did
stability and security fixes anyhow, no real changes in functionality.
Oh yes, we also improved the import function for 1.x profiles, so,
actually, migrating should work even better with 2.0.10 than some random
older version. :)
