There is one case that leads to
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=510996>, which suggests a
problem with the sessionrestore.js file.
So try this:
1. Close SeaMonkey.
2. Go to your SeaMonkey profile folder. See
<http://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/2.0/profiles>.
3. Delete the file sessionrestore.js.
There is no such file in either of the SM Profiles I have set up on this
machine - I even toggled to show hidden files, and no such file.

reopen, crash on exit, crash, crash, crash...rebooted, works for now.
Posted my latest about:crashes info (in total) in a new thread.
Okay, let's try the standard troubleshooting steps.
If you create a new profile, do you have the same crash problem using
the new profile?
1. To create a new profile, close SeaMonkey.
2. Open Terminal, and enter the following command:
/Applications/SeaMonkey.app/Contents/MacOS/seamonkey-bin -p
3. The "Select User Profile" window should appear. From there, click on
[Manage Profiles].
4. Then click on [Create Profile], and the rest should be easy.
