In SeaMonkey, go to Tools-->Add-ons_Manager, to open the Add-ons Manager.
Select the Plugins panel.
For each plugin you do not use on a daily basis, select it, and click
[Disable].
If SeaMonkey no longer crashes, you can start re-enabling plugins
one-by-one until you find out which one is causing the crashes.
Add-ons installed are Chatzilla 0.9.86, DOM Inspector 2.0.8, JavaScript
Debugger 0.9.88.1, User Agent Switcher 0.7.2, and Diccionario de
Español/Españia 1.3.1. This pretty much is a duplicate Profile from
another SM 2.0.10 install, other than Bookmarks - I use these same
Add-ons on two other installs without issue.
I said "plugins" e.g. Flash Player.plugin. I didn't say anything about
extensions.

Gonna have to give me some more info - it doesn't look like I have any
Add-ons installed, only Plugins as listed.
What info specifically do you want? Give me an example of the spec...
