The other previous crashes was with a older SM release than the
2.0.10

I have permitted the transfer of the crash info to mozilla group.

Should i create a bug ? Or is it a normal habitual SM2.0.10 crash ?

My installation is:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.9.1.15) Gecko/20101027 NOT Firefox/3.5 SeaMonkey/2.0.10

Your crash signature is:
GetAdvanceForGlyphs

There is a bug report for that at
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489691>, but it was
fixed
5 months before SeaMonkey 2.0 was released.

Does the crash always occur when composing a message?

No - it occurs at random. The first one occurred during a post attempt
in Mail/News as I recall, but most of the others occur on SM Crash
Manager self-restart or Quit and then User restart attempts.

Sometimes SM will restart and crash as the Browser is displayed,
sometimes it will crash on attempting to navigate away from the Home
page after Browser display, sometimes it will crash before displaying
the Browser, sometimes on selection of Mail/News...etc. It really
doesn't seem to have a pattern.

And it doesn't "always" occur - I seem to be able to reboot or wipe SM
and regain stability for a session/day or so...but not always. I had at
least one instance of repeated crashing after a wake from system Sleep.
But nothing else on my/this machine is acting up other than SM.

Dis you speak about this crash (signature):
bp-8ee1cb47-0e72-45c3-a70e-898c02101124 ?

Or are you speakingin general about your big amount of crashes ?

I'm speaking in general, about the big amount of recurring crashes...no
two seem to have the same signature,

So you have now 3 threads for your problem ..... :-)

I was starting a new thread for each cluster of crashes because I thought they were all unique in cause, but I've stopped doing that on reccommendation, and after it being pointed out that no two of them even share the same signature.
