SM 2.0.14 on a a Windows 7 system.

I am receiving some quite large 500 kb - 1 Mb advertisement e-mails
and am trying to forward one to someone.
When I choose to forward in-line only a piece of the message is
being forwarded.

Is this the normal designed behaviour?
If so, How can I predict it?

The message that I try to forward is ~570 kb and structured
as follows:
1.  Header with:
   MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/related; type="multipart/alternative"; charset="utf-8"; boundary="=_uraCDV8ZRHe5AQppG5KwlYdJLRdDPbbU"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

 2. Body:
 This is a multi-part message in MIME format

--=_uraCDV8ZRHe5AQppG5KwlYdJLRdDPbbU
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
        boundary="eCSbpixgFTOrgEKYinKklesLJkcuE=_9JI"

--eCSbpixgFTOrgEKYinKklesLJkcuE=_9JI
Content-Type: text/plain ; charset="utf-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

e-Marketing Services Provided by JDN ( Pakistan, UAE & All Over Intern=
...........  remainder of attachment snipped  8=><   !!!

--eCSbpixgFTOrgEKYinKklesLJkcuE=_9JI
Content-Type: text/html ; charset="utf-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

..... Followd by > 500 kb of other encoded
..... attachments.

What gets forwarded is the header and the first text/plain
attachment. But not the remainder of the e-mail message.
