Some time after starting SM, Zone Alarm gives me the following warning:
"Plug In Container for Sea Monkey is performing an unusual DNS query."
What is this telling me? Should I be concerned? Do anything about it? (I

I'm not sure what that message from Zone Alarm means. But "Plug In
Container" is the (separate) application that we use to run in browser
plugins, like Flash, Silverlight, etc.

If you don't experience weird behavior on your websites you visit when
you deny this then I don't think the behavior it was trying was
necessary.

Thank you! Not clear why the PIC would need to make a DNS query, but it
doesn't seem to have had any effect that I can see, so I'll stop
wondering about it.

Some websites serve ads before their videos, and the ads are often from third-party sites. So if the webpage code says "serve the ad and then return and serve the requested vid," there would be two lookups to retrieve the two bits of video, right? Don't know if SM would be in charge of both, though.

And many video sites like YouTube let you click a link in the video to see a related video, or to visit the source page, etc. Would SM handle those clicks, or would the PIC?
