I find that odd. I disabled
dom.ipc.plugins.enabled
dom.ipc.plugins.enabled;false
and it works for me.

I have Seamonkey allowed (bmf), no entry for Plug-In Container,
and videos from http://pmg.pegcentral.com/ play just fine here.

I see you're using SM 2.3.3. It's been a while since I went to any video
sites. I didn't have any problems with this back a while. I think it
must have started with 2.4.x or 2.5. I'm using 2.5 beta at the present.
I don't know if it existed in 2.4.

Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 on x86_64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20110928 Firefox/7.0.1 SeaMonkey/2.4.1

I just went to the site given by Philip, picked two video's (First Friday - September and Pheonixville's Got Talent) and they played without problems.
