If that doesn't help, look for the site under Tools | Password Manager | Manage Stored Passwords. If you select the site from the list on the left, you should see a full URL and username on the right. Delete the entry on the right and you should be forced to reenter your username.
I checked and didn't see anything (empty). I don't use Password Manager as well. I also tried log out to see if that did anything. Nope. :(
