If you expect to use it for email, it can't be silent; it needs your
input for all the mail server/account information. Please state your

her threw importing her setting from LICE.
We did this too. Send her this link. Tell her to click the download link
and save the file to her desktop. Double-click the file. You walktalk
from there.

stoopid rule here that [atient can't go to staffs houses. the boss

Down load something like CrossLoop, install it on your PC, skip the part
about signing up for an account, write down the steps you used to
install it. Then call her (or her mum) on the phone and lead her thru
installing it on her PC. Then run it on both PCs, you on the access tab
and she on the share tab. Have her give you the information from that
screen, enter it on you screen click on connect. Now you will be able
to see her screen and install it yourself from your PC. It's called
remote control. The access code changes every time you use it. I do it
all the time helping people. But they need high speed internet access
for it to work probably.
