Mort, the only time I can recall seeing "Send Later" was when I was
composing mail whilst off-line (see connectoid in bottom right of mail
page). When I later went on-line, SeaMonkey (or was it Mozilla Suite??)
asked me if I wanted to send my mail.
Don't know where your "Send" icon went!! Could it be that you are/were
using an add-on which allowed you to move your icon??
