We never need this before. Why is it that you people keep on finding
ways to break what wasn't broke in the first place?
SeaMonkey always needed Administrator privelages to run the windows
installer.
I don't think I have noticed it before.
Have sorted out the bookmarks business yet. I have not upgraded since
2.0.14 because it is losing the bookmarks. While I can reload from a
file; the file does not reinstate my personal bookmarks toolbar. I do
not want to have to keep rebuilding it every time we get a new version.
2.0.14 reinstates the toolbar even when I have to do a re-install.

SeaMonkey never had a signed installer.
SeaMonkey's issues with bookmarks should be solved, if you are
experiencing a specific issue please tell us what is is so we can answer
more accurately.
