I'll let it happen a few more times, then I'll write a formal bug. I can't think of anything overt that could be going on to cause the call for my Master.Rufus, I note that you are using a Mac....Could it be that it's phoning home to check for system updates??? Do Mac's do this like Windows???Yes they do but you can in Software Update to check at specified time interval. I have mine set for once a week. But there are other things that will cause polling. For instance Apple use a Time Server such a www, the old shortwave radio time server tied to the Nuclear Time clock. Have no idea whether PC use a Time server. But the software polls the server at least once an hour to sync the time. And it works with an clock widget or software they take their time from the system clock. If you have any type of weather software That polls a server at least every half hour. So there are a lot of things That can cause your computer to Phone home or poll a server.
But none of that should cause SM to ask for my Master Password - that is all System level stuff that happens outside of SM, *and* any required passwords are retrieved from the Apple KeyChain...which there aren't any, as long as I'm on my home LAN and not needing to use SSL or authenticate any access. Which I am...
And as I've said - this didn't happen once upon a time, then it got broken.
