Aha! Thanks. That does bring up the window in the middle of my screen. Now, 
I just need to be able to enlarge it as it is too small and cramped.
Well, hooray! The bug is resolved:fixed! As of March 8. We'll see the fix in 
SM 2.9.  I wonder when it will be fixed in Fx - (I don't have a bug 
reference for Fx).

It's not new. It is the same window you get when you use Ctrl-D but it is 
just under the right end of the address bar. I usually bookmark by right 
clicking somewhere on the page I want to bookmark and choosing "bookmark 
this" and that opens the Add New Bookmark window. Try clicking on the pencil 
at the end of the address bar. That will open it also right under the 
pencil.  The icon you speak of that bookmarks the current page into Unsorted 
Bookmarks, is that the pencil? That should open the same window that opens 
when you either right click on the page and choose "bookmark this" or what 
you told me to do use Ctrl-D.
