History set in Edit->Preferences->Browser->History
But there's only one option. In older versions, there were several
options like how many pages, days, etc.
Cache set in Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Cache
Not sure what you mean by "sizes" and "memory"!
It only has disk cache size. What about memory caches? :P
