research" is that changes aren't made without regard for users then
brought the community for feedback. It's more like, "Users are having
issues with foo, so let's make this change to solve those issues".
All well and good if there's an issue that people are complaining about.
I like that responsiveness.
What really gets people's goat is when they think all is well and the
developers secretly decide in their wisdom that it's not and they're
gonna change it without ever asking "are you happy with this feature?"
So all of a sudden somebody moved my cheese without even asking and I'm
left wondering why.
