A .pdf never self-launches into Reader. I've updated to Reader XI and it's plugins, and the problem has only gotten worse.ok...I think I found part of the problem, if not the whole problem. The setting for handling Portable Document Format was set to use the Adobe NPAPI Plugin instead of Reader (the default). Once I changed that to Reader I at least get the posted sample .pdf to auto download and launch in Reader now.I use a Mac and I can get the PDF Plugin to work. in fact in the Library > Internet-Plugins they appear but in SM, The Napi plugin shows fine but the Viewer Plugin show as 1 and can't be used.
Same here - the Viewer plugin is greyed out.
