I there a setting to control what tab is opened when clicking on the
open new tab button on the far left of the tab bar in SM 2.13.2. When I
click on it now I get the page just to the right of the button opened in
a new tab, I would prefer a blank tab-this is so when I insert an
address in the URL bar and click enter it does not replace my current tab.
