You probably had your old Netscape set up to send HTML e-mail by
default, and now has Seamonkey set up to send plaintext e-mail by
default. And you are used to attach images by drag-and-dropping them
into the messages.

Here's the thing: Seamonkey does not recognize drag-and-drop into the
body of plaintext messages -- mainly because, well, they are plaintext.

You have to either (a) activate the option to "Compose message in HTML",
or (b) attach the image properly.

There are two reliable ways to attach an image to the message:
- Either use the "paperclip" button to select the file to be attached, or
- Drag and drop it INTO THE ATTACHMENTS FIELD. That's the white
rectangle in the upper-right side, besides the recipient's e-mail address.
