Mozilla has nothing to do with letting it work or not.

It is up to the developer to keep it updated to work with newer
versions, not Mozilla's. He doesn't want to follow the procedures
required, so he took his ball and went home. No loss to me.

The good news is, I just downloaded and installed SeaMonkey 2.15b5, and
Check Places installed, so it should continue to work, when SM 2.15 is
released in January.

I may test the extension with SM 2.16a2, and 2.17a1.
