I'm not having any problem at the three Web sites for which I previously
enabled Java when I still had 7u11.  Since I enabled it and since the
blocklist was for ALL versions of Java, I want to know if "ALL" includes
7u13.  I cannot tell because I explicitly enabled it.

For future use, I also want to know if there is a way to clear an
explicit enabling.
