Hmm...
Deleted my news account, closed SM, went to my profile directory and
emptied out the \News folder, restarted SM, recreated the news account,
and subscribed to m.s.seamonkey.
I now see 76,005 messages. Of course, I've hidden almost all of them by
marking as read and showing only threads with unread.
