I think W3NBR meant the Java applet inside Control Panel. There should
be one if you have Java installed (and, as a matter of fact, Flash also
adds one Control Panel icon). Perhaps you have to change view mode to
see it, it has been a while since XP so I'm fuzzy on the details...
