First, download and install the PrefBar extension from
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/67148/>.

Then go to <http://prefbar.tuxfamily.org/buttons.html#permissionsmenu>
and import the Permissions Menu into PrefBar.

Finally, use the Permissions Menu to reach the Image Manager, where you
can change or delete image permissions.
