Okay, thanks guys, but I think I've found the "work around" for this issue. I just go to: Switch Profile Manage Profiles Add New Profile name it "images on" and never play with the permissions controls. This provides a clean slate to the issue and makes an easy way to fix too much messing around with the permissions. (of which I'm guilty).
