To the best of my knowledge the smileys in SM are proprietary to
SeaMonkey/Mozilla/Netscape, and are hidden inside the applications.

The code is public, and development is public. The images are in the source code at <http://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/file/1dd4af110c7b/suite/themes/classic/communicator/icons/smileys>.
Just click on the file name, then click "raw".
