1.  Launch SeaMonkey.

2.  On the menu bar, select [Tools > Add-ons Manager].

3.  On the left side of the Add-ons Manager window or tab (depending on
your preferences), select Extensions.

4.  At the top of the Extensions pane, select the button with an image
of a gear and down-pointing triangle.

5.  On the pull-down context menu, select "Install Add-on From File".

6.  On the "Select add-on to install" navigation window, navigate to the
.xpi fileand select it.

7.  If you get a popup that says "Software installation is currently
disabled.  Click Enable and try again.", click the Enable button and
repeat steps #5 and #6 above.

8.  You might have to terminate SeaMonkey and then relaunch it to
complete the installation of the extension.
