Plugins Only Work In One Profile

I have 2 profiles in my SeaMonkey 2.0.14, but plugins, specifically jre, 
only works in one of them, the first one I made besides default.

I directed installation to SeaMonkey's plugin folder, and I thought that 
meant it should work with any profile.

What have I done wrong?
