Aside from becoming a bugzilla user (which I don't want to do for a
single instance of bug reporting), I don't know how to notify the
SeaMonkey developers that pinching-as-part-of-OSX is a feature users
might like to have.
You don't have to notify us. We currently don't have plans to implement
multi-touch due to:
a) Very few of our contributors are on Macs.
b) None of those that have a Mac have one that can do multi-touch.

If they use a Magic Trackpad, or a Mac laptop, they can do multi-touch.
I'd be hard pressed to think that "very few" of your Mac contributors
fit that profile - particularly if they are using Mountain Lion, which
is all about "iOS-ification".
