Although it says "Adobe Acrobat", which is the writer, all three paths
are for Adobe Reader. The path for the actual Adobe Acrobat plugin is
C:\Acrobat\Writer\Acrobat\Browser\nppdf32.dll.

I just now checked the three DLL files using SHA1 hash codes. While the
second and third paths point to identical DLL files, the first path's
file is different. None of the three are identical to the DLL file for
the actual Adobe Acrobat.

Renaming the first to be x-nppdf32.dll-x and then copying the
nppdf32.dll from the second path into the first, the order of the paths
in about:plugins changed. However, PDF files still opened in an Adobe
Reader window.

I also got the same problem after disabling and then enabling the plugin.
