SeaMonkey and Firefox are both built on a Gecko/Necko foundation. Consequently, any dumbing down of Firefox that would need support via change(s) to Gecko or Necko potentially affects SeaMonkey. SeaMonkey users need to be on guard against such impacts upon it, intended or otherwise.
