After I upgraded from 2.20 to 2.21 two major changes occurred, as follows:
SeaMonkey 2.20 was not noted as being uninstalled. I had to go back and uninstall 2.20 from add/remove.
2.21 now starts from the following location: C:\Users\rff\AppData\Local\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe. There is NOTHING in the program files folder except for a plugins folder with plugins in it.
The installation of 2.21 was the normal overinstall, like we've all done dozens of times. I can't believe this is by design, but I'd like someone to verify that. btw, the browser seems to work normally and the settings and customizations from 2.20 were carried forward successfully.
