In following this post....did your original problem get answered? I have same
problem with print box disappearing in SM 2.21. Is the a fix?
From what I gather, this will be addressed in a future SM release. A
quick workaround is to minimize the mail/newsgroup and/or browser
windows until the print dialog box becomes visible.
