I don't think releases.mozilla.org is being used anymore. More info

to the French language pack at

Ok, for the 2.17 ... copy/paste problem :-)
Your solution give the opportunity to install ... but i prefer download
first - collecting what i need in a directory on my disk - used to
install the new version.
WaltS gives me

better - i can download.
