All very well, but I can't find it under \Mozilla or in the root of my
profile directory. Hence the question, "where it is located?" Or do I
have SM set not to create it?
Not sure about your settings (it's at least created by default I think),
but the location is something like this on Win7:
C:\Users\<Windows user
name>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\Profiles\<profile name>
In the past the file used to reside directly in the profile folder, but
at some point in time the distinction between local and roaming profile
data was introduced (either by Mozilla, Windows, or both).
