It would help if you gave an example url, but try saving the .pls file & then opening in windows explorer by right clicking on the file & selecting open or open with. Windows should come back with some error about not knowing how to open the file and then let you choose a program to use for opening the file. Choose winamp, realplayer or whatever you think might work and then try your website with the live streaming broadcasts again.
