(a) "This" may be a newsgroup for you; it is a mailing list for me and for the gentleman who asks to be unsubscribed; (b) Newsgroups can be neither added to, nor removed from, e-mail clients; (c) There is indeed "subscribe-unsubscribe", as document in the headers that accompany every message sent via the list-server :
