File Edit View Go Message Tools Window Help
If you click "View" there, one of the options should be "Threads." Under
that you will see:
All
Unread
Threads with Unread
Watched Threads with Unread
---------------------------
Ignored Threads
---------------------------
Expand All Threads \
Collapse All Threads *
Mine looks just like that but for whatever reason, All was no longer checked. I
did check and all is well. Thank you.
