Mine looks just like that but for whatever reason, All was no longer checked. I
did check and all is well. Thank you.
and yet another way SM can hose itself is revealed. I hadn't ever
noticed this setting, and the person that I help with email will surely
mess that up one day. (They certainly make toolbars disappear often
enough.)
