I would if I could find it... went through the entire prefs tree (except
Composer, Sync, Chatzilla), no luck.

Oh, THERE it is!
Tried unchecking the box, clicked the link, it autoplayed.
Cleared private data (cache, cookies), tried again, it didn't autoplay.
Cleared private data again, restored the pref, clicked the link, it
autoplayed.
Cleared cache and cookies, unchecked "Advertise Firefox Compatibility"
and had a completely different looking page load, with the message I was
using the old version of Soundcloud.
It didn't autoplay, restored the pref, reloaded the page and it autoplayed.
